Jayna Gyro began as owner Yusuf Topal’s vision to share the bold, sun-drenched flavors 

he grew up with in a welcoming space open every day of the week. 

After establishing its first location in Emeryville, he expanded to Sacramento, 

bringing with him a hands-on approach rooted in craftsmanship and genuine hospitality.

At the heart of the menu is a commitment to quality and authenticity. J

ayna Gyro prepares its beef and lamb gyro in-house using a traditional hand-stacked method, alongside its signature chicken gyro. 

All meats are USDA-certified and halal, reflecting both high standards and inclusivity for the community we serve.
